The building system “Easy HOUSE” is designed to allow the construction of fabricated that are earthquake-resistant and not-flammable, achievable by unskilled labor thanks to its easy execution.
The system is also adaptable to buildings with several floors and custom project. There is no need large construction equipment and construction times are remarkably short. The buildings have thermal and acoustic insulation corresponding to the highest possible standards and with materials readily available in any market.

Description of the EASY HOUSE System


The "Easy House"; building system requires

as a base plant the construction of an auditorium, as
established by the structural project drawn up by Maec87 srl or by the concessionary companies. Then,
smaller guides will be inserted as for the structural project (element A) fixed to the pit with steel nails and
connectors or call rods for the pillars inserted and fixed with epoxy resins of section and number as
described in the structural project. Then, galvanized sheet profiles of dimensions, thickness, section and
length according to the structural project (element B) will be inserted, fixed to the ground in the guides.
Inside these the longitudinal irons and the brackets according to the structural project will be inserted. The
elements B will then be closed with profiles (element C) of size, section and length as per structural design.
These two elements (B and C) constituting the pillar will be fixed to each other with self-tapping or riveted
steel screws according to what established by the structural design.A top guide will then be placed, made
up of two elements in galvanized sheet (element D) of thickness and dimensions according to structural

The cement panels will have one side with tongue-and-groove and one with a tongue and connected with cement-based glues for floors and walls. The customer can also choose to pad externally the structure with panels of wood composed (OSB) of the thickness of 19 mm connected on the outer side of the pillars and then completed with various solutions, such as reinforced plasters and with a subsequent coat. These solutions will be chosen according to the architectural projects and combined with the internal tamponade. For the laying of the floors, in multi-storey buildings you can choose between laying traditional slabs in latero-cement or in floors provided by our project, with lamellar or wood beams 10 cm thick and 20cm wide by cm 25 with a baustrada trellis of the dimensions as foreseen by the structural project and
connected to the same beams with steel connectors, with interaxis as a structural project and with
connections between the interaxes in composite wood panels (OSB) plated with plasterboard to finish the
ceiling, or with false ceilings that hide the sight of the beams. In the interaxes between the beams will be
placed extruded panels of thickness established by the structural design and with overlying electro-welded
mesh and concrete as a structural project. All this however as per the rules established in the areas of
construction. The system also allows the laying of floors with wooden beams or laminated wood with the
insertion of steel supports (shoes) for said beams in the horizontal curbs. In this case it is advisable to
position the shoes before casting the curbs in order to have a better connection. The system is also suitable
for floors with "IPE" type steel beams or "HEA" or "HEB" or Delta beams with interposed wood panels in OSB plating before laying with plasterboard to finish the ceiling. Another possible solution is the system of floors in panels of Maec 87 s.r.l. compounds as in the "element G" scheme. After laying the floors of the
floors the structural part of the roof will be made with galvanized sheet profiles reinforced as before and
with slopes of the slopes as an architectural project and with the installation of the shoes to insert the roof
